Shipping Policy
We deliver PAN India using courier service. Our business is based in Gujarat, so for most locations across India, please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive your order.
We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock.
Big and Heavy Items
Items marked as Big and Heavy will incur an additional delivery fee due to their size and weight. Cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode in your delivery details and may take a little longer to arrive.
Customer Guarantee and Returns and Exchanges
We will happily exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not been used. If goods are faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.
Please include a stamped, self-addressed postal bag (prepaid satchel) when returning goods for exchange and include a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Rupali society, Sussen Tarsali ring road, Tarsali, Vadodara-390009. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
